Parking in Limerick
Disc parking is the system of control on the streets of Limerick City. Discs cost €2 per hour.
Hours of Operation:
9.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Saturday
(Some areas from 8.30, but it will be signposted)
Where to Purchase discs:
Any shops where advertised and from City Hall.
Cashless Parking System
Limerick City Council provide an on street pay by phone parking service to motorists known as ParkMagic. This is an alternative payment mechanism to the traditional parking disks whereby registered users call the Limerick City free phone to pay for parking. The service is free to join, registration takes about 30 seconds and once you fix the barcode sticker to your car windscreen you are then ready to park.
The cost for paying for on street parking by phone is 50 cent per half hour
